You don’t need to struggle with daily pain, even if you’ve had it for years.

Chronic pain changes everything.
I know, because I’ve been there.

If you’re living with ongoing pain, it’s never just about the physical discomfort. It seeps into the rest of your life. Sleep gets interrupted. Movement becomes limited. Some days feel unpredictable, and there’s that quiet, nagging stress in the background—wondering if this is just how things are now.

I understand that on a personal level, not just a professional one.

I found my way into this work through my own experience with low back pain after an injury while practicing the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira. I didn’t just study myofascial release, I experienced firsthand what it feels like when the right kind of hands-on work finally brings real relief. That experience shapes how I work with every single client who walks through my door.

You’re not imagining what you’re feeling, and you’re definitely not alone.

Pain has a way of quietly taking over. Low back pain starts to affect how you sit, how you move, and even your mood. Frozen shoulder pain can keep you up at night and turn getting dressed into a daily challenge. TMJ pain can make something as basic as eating stressful and uncomfortable. There’s also the mental load—waking up each morning not knowing whether it’s going to be a “good day” or a “bad day.” And for many people, there’s real frustration after trying physical therapy, massage, or chiropractic care, only to get temporary relief at best.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re exactly who I work with.

My approach to care is goal-driven and results-based. We don’t just “see how it goes.” Instead, we work together to identify clear goals, set meaningful markers, track progress, and adjust treatment as your body changes. Every session builds on the last. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is cookie-cutter.

I don’t believe healing happens on a stopwatch. Myofascial release requires time, attention, and responsiveness, and that’s exactly what I offer—sessions that respect your body’s pace instead of forcing it to keep up with a schedule.

I was drawn to this work because I value meaningful, one-on-one relationships and thoughtful, individualized care. I want to work with your body, not force it into compliance. I continue to refine my skills through advanced training because my clients deserve the best tools available—not outdated techniques or generic protocols.

Most importantly, I do this work because I’ve seen what’s possible when pain is approached differently. I’ve lived it.

Many of my clients tell me they feel an immediate sense of relief—not just physically, but emotionally—because they don’t have to explain or justify their pain. They feel understood. They feel seen. They feel relieved that someone truly gets how low back pain affects both movement and mindset, how frozen shoulder disrupts sleep and daily tasks, how TMJ pain can make eating exhausting, and how draining it is to live with constant uncertainty about what your body will allow on any given day.

If you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or feeling stuck after “graduating” from other therapies, my goal is to help your body unwind, recalibrate, and move toward lasting change.

You don’t need another quick fix. You need care that listens, adapts, and respects what your body has been through.

If that’s what you’re looking for, I’d be honored to help.
